Kyndra Light
Kyndra holds a master's degree in Leadership and Policy from Florida State University and a graduate certificate in Additive Manufacturing from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In addition, she possesses multiple certifications in community development and has over 20 years of experience in executive strategy solutions. She has been widely recognized for her work in education and community housing development as well as work in the advancement of fair-trade and environmental conservation practices in the construction industry. No matter what the job, she jumps in with passion and excellence as a standard.
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
James Light, CBC
James has a unique talent for design and construction. He learned carpentry and the building trade at the hands of his father, a skilled craftsman in Tallahassee. After completing his B.A. in Business Administration, he knew that he wanted to be a part of building strong communities. James wears all the hard hats from pulling permits, to working with planners, hauling materials, and mentoring young trades. He believes in staying connected to each project with a hands-on approach. James is passionate about working on innovative solutions to help communities find access to affordable housing. He is continually researching and traveling to meet with other think tanks throughout the country who are working on this important issue.

David Clark
David Clark is the owner of Allegiant Strategies Group, a company he founded in 2020 after serving over 17 years in executive government roles including 4 years as an Airborne Officer in the United States Army. He is a servant leader with a passion for helping others grow and develop winning teams. He believes in the power of the team and mentoring others to see and become the best they can be in every situation.
David served the State of Florida since 2004 under four Governors and most recently served as the Deputy Chief of Staff to Governor Ron DeSantis. During his tenure he provided executive guidance and policy direction for multiple state agencies with a total budget allocation of over $43 billion and over 28,800 employees.
